Is it worth creating a separate Facebook Group alongside my Facebook Page?

I maintain both a Facebook Page and Group for my blog, and I’ve noticed different benefits from each. For bloggers managing both, how do you balance your time between them? Has your Facebook Group driven more meaningful traffic to your blog than your Page, and what content strategies differ between the two?
