NOTE: “ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY SUSPENDED” message by Tiktok doesn’t mean you can’t get such account back, except after appealing they said you can’t get it then you can give up.
It’s not new that many of us are having issues with running ads on tiktok and then boom “ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY SUSPENDED” message pops up on your screen just few minutes of placing ads on tiktok.
Sometimes you go as far as creating another ads account to run another campaign under the same TIKTOK BUSINESS ACCOUNT.
After 5 minutes “ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY SUSPENDED” again!!!
Frustration hits you and you start thinking if this actually working or another facade from the community.
This loop doesn’t end if you keep trying over and over doing the same mistake.
I have been there and it is certain that you have been there and looking for a SOLUTION that’s why you are reading this now.
This is a proven method i want to show you on how to retrieve your ads account and spit on Tiktok’s face commanding them to return what is rightfully yours.
PHASE 1
After getting your account PERMANENTLY SUSPENDED (Mostly on new accounts) make sure the account business is verified like the one below 👇👇👇
Getting your business verified doesn’t make your account bullet proof from getting suspended but getting suspended actually gets your tiktok account bullet proof from getting closed and suspended again (It might not make sense now, but let me explain with proof).
After getting your usual suspension message, Don’t attempt to immediately run ads on an ads account under that business manager account (reason: you’ll get suspended again). The first thing you want to do, is to appeal for that account that has been suspended, this is because Tiktok doesn’t allow you to proceed with any activities when an account is experiencing issues.
HOW TO APPEAL FOR AN ADS ACCOUNT
After your suspension message, Tiktok asks you to fix it (Appeal) so you get an Appeal button after the suspension which is what you will need to use. Here’s an appeal script that i use below (It has worked for me 100/100 times each time i appealed).

Ticket Message (where you describe your problem):
I don’t know why my ads account got suspended and i don’t know what policy i have violated. Please reinstate my ads account
See the audacity in the message above 😅😅 that’s how i use to pour them spit. After submitting your ticket, don’t make an attempt to run ads on any ads account in your business manager. This is how your ads account look like under a business manager
“Domain A – allthings” is a business manager account housing all other 3 ads account with the prefix “allthings”. So if an account “allthings-two” under “Domain A – allthings” gets suspended, don’t proceed to create ads in “allthings-one” or “all-things-three” because you will get a suspension immediately and faster like a flash. What you should do instead is appeal and wait for Tiktok response concerning that account.
If they decide that they can’t lift your suspension then you can proceed to run ads on another ads account under the same business manager. But if they decide to lift the suspension from the affected ads account, then you can proceed to spend millions on that ads account without facing any issue.
Here’s proof that a suspended ads account becomes stronger after getting reinstated.
This is my tiktok account with 3 Business manager and 15 ads account…I have only lost 3 ads account in this and have appealed 6 times on different ads account and since then I have been very confident to load money in them without fearing account ban (Don’t be confident like me, I am just showing you how suspended accounts can become stronger after reinstation.).
